Is There Still Sex In The City?
In her new one-woman show, New York icon Candace Bushnell
(author of SEX AND THE CITY and the OG Carrie Bradshaw),
shares her remarkable philosophy through stories of fashion, literature, sex,
and New York City while pouring cosmos in Manolos.
This will be the first-ever staging in Bushnell’s new hometown, Sag Harbor.
IS THERE STILL SEX IN THE CITY? has received rave reviews from
The New York Times and The New Yorker,
and follows a successful run at Café Carlyle in New York.
The evening will start with cocktails and a first course,
followed by dinner and remarks promptly at 8 PM.
Catering by Annie Washburn/ East Hampton Kitchen.
Drinks courtesy Kidd Squid Brewery, Sagaponack Distillery, and Wolffer Vineyards.
Continuing The Church’s hallmark approach to presenting an ‘ungala’
that breaks with the conventions of ‘rubber-chicken’ fundraisers,
this festive evening is sure to be a highlight of the summer season!
All proceeds benefit our year-round exhibitions, programming,
and artists' residency that truly make The Church
a vital source for inspiring art, creativity, and community
